Recently, a documentary has gone through Jackson’s many changes, and even given us a look at how he might have appeared today, had he not had any plastic surgery. Check out more of the story below.

This is young Michael Jackson, the way most would probably prefer to remember him.

The breakout star of the Jackson 5, this little boy had more talent in his pinky finger than most of us combined. Little did he know that he was about to embark on a lifetime of successes.

This is young Michael Jackson, the way most would probably prefer to remember him.

He suffered abuse as a kid, and as he grew up, he started to question his own identity.

But as he got older, Jackson was not without his demons.

Slowly, he began to change his appearance.

Slowly but surely, he began to change his appearance.

It took years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to achieve.

But how did he get from this little boy to the man we knew?

In the 80’s, it was clear that Jackson was changing his face.

In the eighties, it was clear that Jackson was changing his face.

According to his sister, LaToya, he was scared about undergoing plastic surgery at first.

“He wanted to get his nose done,” she said in an interview. “He kept saying: “What do you think? What do you think?” I said: “Michael, if that’s what you want, if it’s gonna make you feel better, get it done.'”

According to his sister, LaToya, he was scared about undergoing plastic surgery at first.

He even asked LaToya to get her nose done first, just so he could see what it looked like on her. She did, he loved it, and he went on to get the first surgery in 1979.

But he was still uncertain.

He had countless operations, including adding a cleft to his chin as well as getting botox, fillers, skin bleaching, cheek implants and lip augmentation.

From there, he only got more and more comfortable with the idea of it.

After a certain point, he looked nothing like this little boy.

It's difficult to fathom how extreme the transition was.

The most noticeable of his surgeries was his nose.

He insisted doctors keep changing it, to the point that it was so narrow the airways were blocked.

It didn’t affect his singing voice, though.

His story is a tragic one, with plenty of unanswered questions.

The main one being, how could someone who seemingly had it all be so committed to his own undoing?

His story is a tragic one, with plenty of unanswered questions.

He had no real coping mechanisms because he’d been in the spotlight all of his life, so his appearance was the only thing he felt like he could control.

By all reports, Jackson was a sweet guy who simply had a lot of issues.

His addiction to pain pills might not have been present, and he certainly wouldn’t have died looking like a shell of his former self.

Many of his fans wonder how different things would have been had he never started plastic surgery.

But what, exactly, would he have looked like?

A new documentary called “The 10 faces Of Michael Jackson,” shows an age progression, juxtaposing Michael at the time of his death, and how he would of looked without surgeries. The results are pretty shocking — and ultimately, very sad.
